I received the product sooner than expected and have so far used it twice, each time for a certain number of divisions. It works great and is divided even irregular shapes. I can't make any claim about the reliability because I only had a couple of weeks. based on what I know now I would recommend it to anyone. the only negative comments I have are very minor. I bought the splitter of the Boss of 7 tons to handle a load of FIR logs. the unit is advertised to handle 10 inch logs, length 20.5 ". I cut my logs to 16 ", but we would go up to ~ 12" in diameter. the ES7T20 operated the larger diameter without a problem unless there were a lot of great knots. most pieces split easily. I built two small tables to contain the pieces when I split larger logs. I just picked up the pieces from small timber and put them on my cart. It was handy to have the tables to keep
