huh? Do you really think I'm going to use the same thing to sharpen knives by Henckels 4 star use to prepare family meals and axes that use to chop wood? Seriously. This Sharpener will reset any dull knife or axe a finely honed edge. It just makes a good a job on a knife filleting as does my favorite axe chopping board-I just have to remember to clean it before passing customs.
